Local LLM 환경 구축이랑 videoShort API 토글 기능 구현함. Isaac Sim은 웹 스트리밍으로 GUI 띄우려고 netplan으로 고정 IP 잡고 Docker로 세팅함. GPU 정보(RTX PRO 6000) 업데이트하고 스트리밍 에러 잡느라 시간 좀 씀.
